About Us
Diversity Cyber Council is a 501c3 Non-Profit that serves under-represented demographics in the tech industry by facilitating education, training, and staffing opportunities to establish a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline to the workforce.

Our vision is to enhance inclusion and representation in the tech industry through training, mentoring, networking, and visibility programs.
Mission
Our mission is to educate, train and staff residents of underserved communities to enter the cybersecurity and technology workforce.
Our Goal is to Establish More Equitable Systems leading into the Technology Workforce to Reinforce the Economic Empowerment of the Under-Represented
Programs offered

High School Cyber Program
The High School Cyber Program is a six-week summer youth apprenticeship designed to teach students entry-level cybersecurity skills and refines learning through paid internships with employer partners.

CompTIA Tech+ Career Readiness Program
The CompTIA Tech+ Career Readiness Program is an instructor led and self-study program in which candidates are provided content and materials to assist in learning the basics of information technology and successfully pass the CompTIA Tech+ exam and obtain an entry level IT position.

Cybersecurity Pre-Apprenticeship Program
The Cybersecurity Pre-Apprenticeship is a 9- week self study and instructor led in which candidates are provided content and materials to assist in learning the basics of cybersecurity to successfully pass the CompTIA Security+ certification
